- Enterprise-wide capture and management of issues and associated action plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Provides a single, integrated view of key issues and remediation plans across the enterprise to ensure your key issues are being addressed rapidly and effectively
- Issues may be originated by multiple sources and be cross-referenced with related issues
- Action plans include description, responsible person, target completion dates, and related information
- May be used independently or in conjunction with other OpRiskCenter modules; issues may be associated with self-assessments, SOX survey points, loss events, etc.
- Provides transparency on the status and remediation of issues via workflow-based notification and escalation rules
