From New York City:

• Take the West Side Highway (Joe DiMaggio Highway) to the Henry Hudson Parkway.
• The Henry Hudson Parkway will turn into the Saw Mill Parkway.
• Exit from the Saw Mill onto the Cross County Parkway at Exit 4.
• Continue on the Cross County Parkway for approximately 4.5 miles then bear left as the Cross Country Parkway turns into the Hutchinson Parkway North. (The right lanes will exit to the Whitestone Bridge).
• Exit from the Hutchinson Parkway North at Exit 27, Route 120 / Purchase Ave.
• At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Purchase St.
• Make the first left onto Manhattanville Rd.
• The first right is the approach drive to 100 Manhattanville Rd.
• Visitors may park in the visitor parking areas in front of the building. Centerprise's offices are on the second floor.

From the North:

• Take the Merritt Parkway, which turns into the Hutchinson River Parkway South.
• Exit from the Hutchinson Parkway South at Exit 27, Route 120 / Purchase Ave.
• At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Purchase St.
• Make the first left onto Manhattanville Rd.
• The first right is the approach drive to 100 Manhattanville Rd.
• Visitors may park in the visitor parking areas in front of the building. Centerprise's offices are on the second floor.
